Description:
Tacrolimus treatment has been demonstrated for short-term and discontinuous long-term treatment of patients with direct to severe atopic dermatitis in whom the use of elective, routine treatments is deemed unwise due to potential risks, or in the treatment of patients who are insufficiently responsive to or intolerant of elective, routine treatments. Tacrolimus treatment is additionally demonstrated in other skin conditions such as persistent cutaneous graft-vs-host illness, hand and foot dermatitis, unfavorably susceptible contact dermatitis, vitiligo, psoriasis, lichen planus, facial lichen, vulvar lichen sclerosus, pyoderma gangrenosum, leg ulcers in rheumatoid joint pain, steroid-induced rosacea & alopecia areata, annular erythema, unremitting actinic dermatitis, and obstinate facial erythema.

CAUTION
