Pharmacology

Povidone Iodine may be a complex of iodine and a natural polymer, povidone, for the prevention and treatment of surface infections as well as to degerm the skin, mucous membrane, and hyperalimentation procedures. Due to this polymerization, Povidone Iodine is now more common than regular natural iodine. By gradually releasing natural iodine, it extends iodine’s germicidal effects. It, therefore, has less harmfulness than natural iodine. It provides quick microbicidal action against infections, fungi/yeast, protozoa, and both Gram-positive and Gram-negative microbes. Administration & Dosage

Solution:
