Pharmacology of Ancor 10 Tablet
Bisoprolol Fumarate is the most selective ?1 blocker. It has the highest affinity for ?1 receptors compared to any other beta-blocker available to date. It selectively blocks ?1 adrenergic receptors in the heart and vascular smooth muscle, reduces heart rate and cardiac output, thereby reducing arterial hypertension. In patients using non-selective ?1-blockers for ?1, ?-blockers may adversely affect lipid metabolism, but in long-term treatment, bisoprolol does not cause HDL, including cardioprotective effects. Any change in the components of cholesterol, including cholesterol.
