Description:
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride belongs to the nasal decongestants class. It is used to relieve the irritation and inflammation caused by nose blocks and colds. Xylometazoline Hydrochloride is used to treat mucosal inflammation caused by colds, allergic rhinitis (nasal inflammation), and sinusitis (flaring up of the sinuses). Allergies cause allergic rhinitis, which is a swelling of the inside of the nose and nostrils. Sinusitis is the inflammation of the nasal sinuses, which become clogged and blocked by mucous secretions and fluid.
