Description:
Fluticasone is used to treat year-round and seasonal allergy symptoms such as itching, sneezing, and stuffy/runny nose. Additionally, it could lessen other seasonal allergy symptoms including watery, itchy, and red eyes. This medicine is a member of the corticosteroid drug subclass. It functions by lowering nasal passage swelling (inflammation).
Fluticasone Furoate (27.50mg) inhalation powder is approved for once-daily maintenance treatment of asthma in patients aged 5 years and older. This is not intended to treat acute bronchospasm.
