Fungidal-HC Cream pertains to the corticosteroid medication family and is used to treat certain skin conditions like eczema, which causes itchy, cracked, swollen, or rough skin, and dermatitis, which causes swelling, redness, itching, dryness, inflammation, and pain. An allergic response or skin irritant releases many compounds into the skin, which enlarge blood vessels and produce itching, redness, discomfort, and swelling in the irritated region. This causes the skin to swell.
(Hydrocortisone 1% + Miconazole Nitrate 2%) found in Fungidal-HC Cream, inhibits the generation of specific chemical signals in the body that produce inflammation, irritation, and redness by working inside skin cells. These compounds are often generated when the skin responds to allergens of any kind.
